I'm especially fond of the Aceto di vino dolce sweet wine vinegar. I just love what it does to steak! If you use it before you cook it the steak is more tender and has a great taste. And if you're going to have a steak sandwich, please and I mean please don't put any other condiment on that sandwich but the sweet wine vinegar. It's sweet and tasty and you can still taste the steak. And of course there are many other uses.
